TAX EXEMPT STATUS

All donation to Yayasan Tunku Naquiyuddin are exempted from tax as approved
by the Director of Inland Revenue ( on 19th October 1995 )
Every donation will be acknowledged with an official receipt bearing
this reference :

Yayasan Tunku Naquiyuddin itself has also been granted tax-exemption under
Paragraph 12 , Schedule 6 of the Income Tax Act 1967 , with effect from
Year of Assessment 1997, as stated in the letter from Lembaga Hasil Dalam Negeri
( Inland Revenue Board) dated 21 August 1998, reference : 232-1.556

Recognising the need to assist and support the greatest number of
deserving cases as is possible,the Board of Trustees of Yayasan Tunku Naquiyuddin
works assiduously and prudently to optimise growth of foundation fund so
generously donated by caring benefactors and contributors.
