In the new millenium, computer literacy will be an essential skill.
It is important our children are given the earliest opportunity to
gain computer
competency. At the same time, to encourage the pursuit of knowledge,
people of all ages, particularly the young, should have access
to well -equipped libraries and other resource centres.
